MyForexFunds has announced the Evolution proprietary trading challenge. The program offers single-stage and two-stage evaluation formats and separates the simulation trading environment from the proprietary live-trading entity. The simulation side is used to validate trading techniques, test tools and signal performance, while the live side is operated by an independent entity that places orders in real markets based on qualifying signals. The company said the structure helps avoid conflicts of interest between the simulation evaluation and proprietary trading.

The program is scheduled to launch on November 23, 2026. After traders pass the evaluation, live accounts will start at the Partner tier. The tier has no daily drawdown limit. If an account drawdown reaches 2%, the account moves to the Intern tier, and related signals will no longer be executed in live trading. If traders bring account equity back to breakeven, they can return to the Partner tier.

For withdrawals, traders can request a payout at any time without a minimum trading-day requirement, but they must still comply with program rules. The withdrawable portion of profits above the 5% safety cushion will receive an additional 10% profit-share bonus. Account size can be scaled up to $1 million, and VIP traders receive preferential profit-share terms. Accumulated points can also be redeemed for account upgrades, an additional drawdown allowance of up to 100%, and scaling eligibility, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements.

The new plan is also linked to a regulatory controversy and an asset transfer involving the company. In late August 2023, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission filed a fraud lawsuit against Traders Global Group and Chief Executive Murtuza Kazmi, seeking a restraining order and the freezing of corporate assets. MyForexFunds subsequently suspended operations. The CFTC alleged that Traders Global acted as the counterparty to nearly all customer trades, rather than a liquidity provider. At the time, the company responded that the complaint seriously misrepresented the facts. A federal judge ultimately dismissed the lawsuit on final review and found that the regulatory enforcement process included conduct that misled the court.

Traders Global later sold its brand assets to Dubai-based Global Solutions. The new company's head, Hyder Raza, previously served as MyForexFunds operations director and was part of the original team. The transferred assets include the MyForexFunds brand, trademarks, logo, official domain myforexfunds.com and official social media accounts. Global Solutions said the acquisition does not assume Traders Global's existing debts, most of which are pending trader withdrawal payouts. Those payout obligations remain Traders Global's responsibility under the service agreements.

In a preview video, CEO Hyder Raza and board advisor Josh Denterinos introduced the Evolution program. Raza said the company is not making changes to chase trends, but to integrate experience accumulated over the years into a more robust and future-oriented system. MyForexFunds said it will release more details closer to launch.
