Germany's financial markets regulator, BaFin, has launched an investigation into Ethereal Group LLC.
In accordance with Article 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz - KWG), BaFin explicitly states that Ethereal GroupLLC has no right to conduct banking or provide financial encouragement. The company is not regulated by BaFin.
According to the information provided on the company's official website fintegral.fund, as well as information available to BaFin, Ethereal Group LLC is suspected of carrying out banking operations or providing financial services in Germany without authorization.
Companies that conduct banking or provide financial services in Germany need to be authorised under the KWG. However, some companies are operating illegally without authorization. Investors can use BaFin's company database to determine whether a particular company is licensed by BaFin.
BaFin, the German Federal Criminal Police (Bundeskriminalamt - BKA) and the German National Criminal Police (Landeskriminalamter) advise investors to exercise caution when making online investments. And conduct the necessary research beforehand to identify fraud attempts as early as possible.
