The Securities Commission has updated its investor alert list, which includes lists of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals. The regulator cautioned that the list is not exhaustive and only serves as a guide for investors before making investment decisions.


As of December 8, 2022, the three illegal entities on the alert list are as follows:


1. TSI Investment Malaysia / TSI Investment Amanah


2. Suspected Clone Entity - Pelaburan Phillip


3. Suspected Clone Entity - Interactive Brokers 9997717


The list will be updated regularly for public reference. Securities Commission Malaysia encourages the public to report any suspicious capital markets activities to the agency.
