We will promote the sustained and healthy development of automobile consumption and the second-hand car market.

At present, the Ministry of Public Security has promoted the application of electronic inspection marks throughout the country, and the owner can log in to the "traffic control 12123" mobile APP to apply for electronic inspection marks, without applying for and pasting paper inspection marks.

In addition, the New Deal for the second-hand car transaction stipulates that when the registered sales enterprise handles the transfer registration of non-operating small and micro passenger vehicles for sale, the public security traffic control department implements separate endorsement management and issues temporary driving license plates to further facilitate the circulation of second-hand small buses. When applying for transfer registration to the public security traffic control department, a copy of the business license with the official seal can be submitted, and there is no need to submit the original.

The public can also inquire and present vehicle mortgage registration information on the "Traffic Management 12123" APP, which is convenient to confirm the status of vehicles in used car transactions, and promote honest transactions and assured consumption of used cars.

At the same time, the New Deal also encourages qualified sales enterprises and trading markets to set up motor vehicle registration service stations to provide "one-stop" services such as transactions, invoicing and registration to reduce the burden on the public.
