The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today announced that it has revoked Inveza Capital Ltd's Cyprus Investment Company (CIF) licence, No. 209/13.
In accordance with Article 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Act 2017 and Article 4(7) of Directive DI87-05, the CySEC decided at its meeting on 5 December 2022 to revoke the Cyprus Investment company licence of the aforementioned broker.
The regulator explained that it made the decision because 209/13 had voluntarily relinquished its licence.
Last week, CySEC also revoked the Cyprus Investment company licence of currency pair and CFD broker F1Markets Ltd.
