No supervision platform cluster!

According to the investigation, most of these black platforms have no effective supervision, and even some companies have fake information. According to the relevant regulations, all individuals and organizations providing financial related services in New Zealand are required to carry out legal FSP registration and declaration.

Since the platform does not provide an FSP registration number, we checked by its company name. From the "Anti-fraud Inquiry" in the upper left corner of the FX110 website, click on the New Zealand FMA Regulatory inquiry page:

Enter the company name "Access Finance" and click to query, you can see that there are 3 companies with FSP registration and similar names, but all of them are inconsistent with the address and other information provided by the "Access Finance" platform. It can be seen that "Access Finance" does not have FSP registration in New Zealand. There is no effective regulation and no qualification to provide any financial services!

Again any selected a platform with a url, such as https://scksecurities.com/, small make up into its website to see, found that company's details page or even fails to provide any regulatory or licensing information!

Sharpen your eyes, one move to identify black platforms!

We may find that the fraud of the black platform is actually not so clever, based on investors' too weak awareness of capital protection, and lack of regulatory knowledge, they can succeed repeatedly! Before investing in gold, we must be a little patient, check the supervision and qualification of the platform, so that the black platform is impossible to escape!
