Recently, the Yingde City Market Supervision Administration carried out a special rectification action on cosmetics, further strengthened the supervision of the operation and use of cosmetics, severely cracked down on violations of laws and regulations in the field of cosmetics, and effectively protected the safety of public cosmetics.

Problem-oriented, highlight the focus of rectification. The bureau is guided by the prominent problems existing in the cosmetics industry, focusing on whether there is a label, legality, illegal addition, expired and other contents, focusing on special cosmetics, children's makeup, imported cosmetics and other products, taking on-site inspection, supervision sampling, access to information and online inquiries, on-site inspection of maternal and child stores, beauty salons, cosmetics stores. Up to now, the bureau has inspected 110 maternal and child stores, 60 beauty salons and 346 cosmetics stores.

We will strengthen inspections and law enforcement and intensify efforts to rectify the situation. Some of the business units found in the special rectification action have not implemented the system of claiming certificates and tickets, the operation and use of expired cosmetics, and the label does not meet the regulations, and are ordered to correct immediately, and those suspected of illegal business shall be placed on file for investigation. Up to now, a total of 14 illegal business clues have been found, and 14 cases have been filed.

Follow up the problem rectification and improve the effectiveness of rectification. The problems found in the inspection are included in the list of risks and hidden dangers, actively carry out "look back" inspections, follow up on the rectification of problems, urge cosmetics operators to implement the main responsibility for quality and safety, ensure that the problems are rectified in place and the risks are controllable, further regulate the cosmetics market, and create a good and assured consumption environment for consumers.
