In addition, the Jiejie hair color cream (natural black, linen, chestnut) produced by Guangzhou Jiejie Cosmetics Co., Ltd. was found to be inconsistent with the technical requirements stated in the product label and registration data, and the hair dye not marked on the product label was detected: phlorophenol, phenylmethylpyrazolone "and other problems.

The notice said that according to the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics and the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics Production and Operation, the State Food and Drug Administration required the drug regulatory departments of Tianjin, Hebei, Jiangsu, Fujian and Guangdong province (city) to file and investigate the registrants, record holders, entrusted production enterprises and domestic responsible persons involved in the above 23 batches of non-conforming cosmetics according to law. Order relevant enterprises to immediately take risk control measures in accordance with the law and carry out self-inspection and rectification; The drug regulatory departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) shall order the relevant cosmetics operators to immediately stop operating the above-mentioned cosmetics, investigate their purchase inspection records in accordance with the law, and trace the source of illegal products; If any illegal act is found, it shall be investigated and dealt with seriously according to law; Those suspected of committing crimes shall be transferred to public security organs according to law.
