Guan Aiguang pointed out that compared with the requirements of the high-quality development of the industry, the green governance work of express packaging has not yet established a legal standard system covering the whole chain, the situation of joint management has not yet formed, and the information supervision means are lagging behind. In the next step, the State Post Bureau will adhere to systematic governance and comprehensive policies, implement the basic ideas of reduction, standardization, recycling and "ban, limit, reduce, cycle and reduce", and do not relax around the "9917" project, conduct pressure layers on layers, strengthen supervision and assessment, strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, and ensure the successful completion of the established goals by the end of the year.
