Cyprus securities and exchange commission (CySEC) recently warned of encryption monetary website http://berkshirehathawaytx.com.

The site is operated by Berkshire Hathaway TX, Inc. According to CySEC, the company is not registered with the regulator as a crypto asset service provider and does not comply with Section 61E of the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act, as amended in 2007.

The regulator reminded investors to exercise caution when dealing with financial firms, avoid risks, and not to enter into business relationships with any company without identifying the company.

Recently, CySEC announced the extension of FTX (EU) Ltd's licence suspension until September 30, 2023. It is the second time the regulator has extended FTX Europe's licence suspension.
