The number of claims disputes filed by Zhonghui mutual insurance, PICC property insurance and Zhongan online property insurance ranked among the top three property insurance companies. The number of sales disputes complaints of PICC property insurance and Ping An Property insurance ranked first and second among property insurance companies.

In the second quarter of 2022, there were 4,324 complaints about motor vehicle insurance disputes involving property insurance companies, accounting for 43.02% of the total complaints of property insurance companies; There were 2,434 complaints related to property insurance and other insurance disputes, accounting for 24.22 percent. The number of complaints of motor vehicle insurance disputes in PICC property insurance ranks first among property insurance companies.
