The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has blacklisted USGFX UK, a London company under the retail currency group USGFX, which recently revoked its FCA license.

The FCA stated, "This company provides services to UK clients without our authorization, and you will not be able to access the services of the Financial Appeals Commissioner or be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Therefore, if there is a problem, you are unlikely to recover your funds

The FCA also stated, "If you use an authorized company, whether you can obtain financial appeal commissioner services and FSCS protection will depend on your investment and the services provided by the company. If you want to learn further information about protection, the authorized company should be able to provide assistance
