In September I had decided to start trading with my school fees money . A trader then who had told me that I would get my profits in an hour decided to take my profits to fox expert trading platform where I was told I would be able to withdraw my profits easily. As I was trying to withdraw my profits I was told to deposit a sum of 25,000kenyan shillings so that my profits would be released. I have not been able to withdraw my profits and it has been withhold for about a month now. Please help me get my money back.

On september 11, 2023, I downloaded this app named as Smartrade5 (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/smartrade5-plus/id6461349760). This app has been suggested by one person (Ms. Simran Kaur) and the platform company name is USDC Investment Limited which is a forex trading platform. I do a demo trade on it on 11th sept and on the same day I make my account in the same platform. Then Ms. Simran Kaur suggested me to contact online USDC customer service in telegram (https://t.me/USDC_FX_07) to review my name verification process and to recharge my account. She said that customer service will send me a card number, and then i should transfer the money with IMPS and this online customer service will help in converting rupees into US dollars and rechrge the amount into my platform account. I recharged my account by 10000 rs (125 usd) and did 1 trade and make a profit of 12$ and withdrawed it. Then she asked me to increase my principal, seeing the withdrawal and profit i increased my principal by 50000 rs more. Then i withdrawed 100$. Till this time everything was going fine. Then Ms. simran kaur again asked me to increase the principal in lakhs to make some good profit. She forced me to take personal loan and i fall on her trap and took a personal loan of 10 lakhs and invested my money in USDC Investment limited platform. After that i make some profit but I didn’t withdraw it. On september 26, i initiated a withdrawal process of 600$. But the online customer service told me that mine withdrawal application is rejected because there were transaction changes in my account during the withdrawal application period. I tried again with a withdrawal process of 1756$ but this time online customer service came with a new reason to reject my withdrawal application. This time he said, due to RBI’s regulations, this withdrawal requires payment of 30% profit tax before the withdrawal can be completed. At that time my profit was 11,851 usd

En mayo de este año me registré en la empresa Capitalix y de inmediato me asignaron un manager que durante los días siguientes se dedicó a convencerme de lo conveniente que resultaría invertir con ellos dado su grado de experiencia y profesionalismo. El manager me llamaba todos los días y comencé con una inversión inicial de $200 dls. con lo que me enganché porque esos primeros días fueron todos de ganancias, a los días me dijo el manager que era conveniente que intentara invertir $1000 dls. porque eso me daría muchas más posibilidades de ganar y no perder dinero en impuestos, tema que no había mencionado hasta ese momento. Él sabía que lo tenía que retirar en un mes y él me dijo que no habría ningún problema, durante ese mes las inversiones siguieron prosperando, pero al finalizar el plazo nunca se pudieron retirar por diferentes escusas, al contrario comenzó a presionarme para depositar $3000 dls. los que finalmente me convencieron, entre él y su jefe, de conseguir. Para animarme me dieron un bono de $1000 dls. con lo que llegaría a tener una cuenta Gold, que según me dijeron reduciría los impuestos al minimo y el dinero se multiplicaría 1 a 50. Me convencieron nuevamente y lo hice. Al otro día de haber enviado el dinero mi manager comenzó como cada día a indicarme en qué invertir, yo hice todo lo que él me indico, qué posiciones abrir y cuáles cerrar. Desde ese momento todas las posiciones que se abrieron siempre estuvieron en negativo. Mi manager me dijo que era normal, que tomaría días para dar ganancias. A la siguiente semana ya era muy evidente como la cuenta decrecía y fue cuando me dijeron que el mercado había colapsado y me devolverían mi inversión inicial si les reintegraba el bono y lo hice, y en eso me dijeron que les debía $700 dls mas pero ya no los envié, desde ese día cortaron toda la comunicación conmigo. Me robaron $6000 dls.
