Before Tuoli was merged into NCE, my account had been receiving and withdrawing funds normally. At the time of merger, my account was unreasonably restricted, so I could not trade or withdraw funds, and no one informed me. 3. I did not violate any rules. Tuoli said that I violated any rules without any reason. Now there is no way to appeal, and my principal has not been returned to me. 4.
