The last trading day, exercise date, and expiration date of ETF option contracts expiring in April 2023 on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange are April 26, 2023, and the delivery date is April 27, 2023. The term option contracts will expire and be exercised and delivered. Please continue to pay attention to the trading and exercise matters of the above contracts, and prepare for relevant trading or exercise settlement in a timely manner:

1、 On the exercise day, the call option holder who proposes to exercise shall prepare sufficient funds, and the put option holder who proposes to exercise shall prepare sufficient contract subject matter.

2、 Please note whether there is an agreement with our company regarding the exercise of rights in the account opening agreement. If not, we need to handle it ourselves to avoid any damage to our rights and interests (the exercise of rights in the agreement does not include merger declaration instructions). The exercise time of our company's agreement starts at 15:10.

3、 On the day of exercise, investors who hold the same contract subject matter, both call and put option positions that expire on the same day, can submit their own merger declaration through the client if they meet the conditions for merger declaration of exercise instructions. If the client and our company agree to exercise the rights under the agreement, it is recommended that the exercise instructions be merged and declared before 15:10 to avoid conflicts with the exercise under the agreement. The deadline for the merger and declaration of exercise orders is 15:30.

4、 Please prepare sufficient contract subject matter or funds according to the exercise and assignment results before the closing of option trading on April 27, 2023, to fulfill the exercise settlement obligation.

5、 The contract subject obtained by the right holder of the call option through exercise can be sold from the trading day following the exercise settlement date.

6、 China Clearing will automatically terminate the subscription bull market spread strategy, subscription bear market spread strategy, put bull market spread strategy, and put bear market spread strategy at the end of the second trading day before the expiration date; The cross short strategy and wide cross short strategy will be automatically terminated at the end of the expiration date.
