  Source:EBF 2023-04-26 10:55:22
Description:

Dear customer

According to notices issued by the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange, and Shanghai International Energy Trading Center, for customers (excluding market makers) whose information volume exceeds a certain standard on some futures and options contracts on the same day, the exchange will charge declaration fees on a contract and daily basis during daily settlement. The details are as follows:

  1. The futures option contracts that charge declaration fees shall be subject to the latest notice from each exchange.

2. Contract declaration fee=∑ (the amount of information on each level of the contract for non futures company members or customers on the same day) × The charging standard for this position is subject to the latest notice from each exchange.

3. Information volume=the sum of transaction orders such as declaration, cancellation, and inquiry

The above information includes the number of orders and cancellations generated by the immediately complete transaction or automatic cancellation order (FOK) and the remaining immediately complete transaction automatic cancellation order (FAK).

4. Order to transaction ratio (OTR)=information volume/number of orders with transactions -1 (when the number of orders with transactions is 0, the OTR is considered to be greater than 2). The transaction ratio of different orders varies, and the charges for information volume vary for each level.

5. If the same customer opens an account with different futures companies, or has actual control over customers and non futures company members, the exchange shall calculate the information volume of all transaction codes and the number of transactions reported by the exchange.

6. There is no upper limit on the amount of declaration fees charged, which may result in your futures account having available funds or equity less than 0.

7. Based on your real-time trading situation, our company may freeze some available funds in your futures account during trading; If the available funds in your futures account are insufficient during intraday or daily settlement deduction of declaration fees, our company has the right to take risk control measures against your futures account.

8. You are responsible for the declaration fees and any consequences and losses that may arise from trading in your futures account.

Please fully understand the trading rules and declaration fee collection rules published by various exchanges, closely monitor the real-time trading and fund status of your futures account, effectively manage the fund risk caused by declaration fees, and conduct compliant and rational trading!
