Our phone line is open for transaction inquiries between 2200 hours on Sunday evening and 2215 hours on Friday evening, UK time.

Our phone line is open from 07:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday for customer service related inquiries. Outside of working hours, please send an email to support@buxmarkets.com -Your query will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that our online trading service is available 24 hours a day from 2200 pm on Sundays to 2215 pm on Fridays.
