The Sales of Financial Instruments Law requires financial instrument operators to explain important matters when purchasing financial products from customers.
Therefore, I would like to explain the risks of domestic stocks, bonds, and CB as follows.
Please read these instructions carefully before purchasing each product.
Domestic inventory
Due to fluctuations in stock prices, deteriorating financial conditions of the issuing company, bankruptcy, and other reasons, losses may occur.
Domestic bonds
Due to fluctuations in interest rates, deteriorating financial conditions of the issuing company, bankruptcy, and other reasons, losses may occur.
Domestic CB
The price fluctuations of convertible stocks and interest rate fluctuations may lead to losses due to the price fluctuations of convertible bonds with new stock subscription rights, deterioration of the issuing company's financial situation, bankruptcy, and other reasons. In addition, you can request a limited period of time for conversion to stocks.
Commodity Futures Trading Notes
Commodity futures trading does not guarantee principal and profit. In addition, the actual transaction amount may be significantly greater than the main margin amount, and due to market fluctuations, losses exceeding the deposited margin amount may occur in a short period of time.
The amount of transaction margin deposited by customers varies depending on the product and contract price, with a maximum amount of approximately 1 million yen per card.
In addition, the actual transaction amount is approximately 10-30 times the transaction margin. Please note that additional deposits may be required based on market fluctuations. The amount of margin required for additional funds depends on the volatility of the tool and quotation.
The transaction fee varies depending on the product, with a one-way fee ranging from 756 yen to 8100 yen.
When starting a transaction, please carefully read the "Pre Contract Documents" and "Entrustment Contract Rules" to fully understand and confirm the transaction content, mechanism, risks, etc.
