Please note that on January 21st, we changed the name of the server from Olo Platforms to FxNet Limited. Therefore, in order to be able to log in to your account after making changes, you should follow the following steps.
If you are using the desktop version of the client, you can download and install the new platform from the website, or you can perform the following actions:
File - Account Opening - Scan - Select FxNet Limited Real (or FxNet Limited demo, if you are using the demo) - Press Next - Select an existing trading account - Insert your login code - Enter your password - Press Finish
If you are using a mobile version of the client, you need to perform the following actions:
Go to Settings - Select New Account - Select Login to Existing Account - Then, on the Find Broker tab, you should enter the name of the new server FxNet Limited Real (or FxNet Limited demo if you are using the demo) - Insert your login code - Insert your password and press Login.
If you are using the online trader version of the client, we will update the link on the website and you should be able to log in normally.
