Xingzheng International Financial Group (referred to as "Xingzheng International", stock code: 6058. HK) is located in Hong Kong. It is a comprehensive financial group that integrates global securities and futures brokerage, institutional sales and research, corporate financing, fixed income, asset management, private wealth management, and other investment and financing businesses. It holds Class 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 9 regulated activity licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission.


The controlling shareholder of Xingzheng International is Xingye Securities Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xingye Securities", stock code: 601377. SH), and Xingzheng International is the bridgehead for Xingye Securities to implement its internationalization strategy. Industrial Securities is one of the first batch of comprehensive and innovative securities companies approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. It was established in May 1991 and is registered in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. Its main businesses include securities, funds, futures, asset management, direct investment, alternative investment, and cross-border business.


Xingzheng International opened in Hong Kong in 2012. After restructuring and capital increase, on October 20, 2016, Xingzheng International was successfully listed on the ChiNext board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with stock code 8407.HK, becoming the first subsidiary of a Chinese securities group to be split and listed overseas. On January 3, 2019, Xingzheng International was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 6058.HK.


Xingzheng International adheres to the concept of "focusing on value and creating a smart future" and has built an international investment and financing platform based on Hong Kong, an international financial center. After several years of development, Xingzheng International has gradually established a solid foundation in Hong Kong and has become one of the main comprehensive securities firms in Hong Kong.
