The company is a member unit of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, China Financial Futures Exchange, and Shanghai International Energy Trading Center. Its business scope includes commodity futures brokerage, financial futures brokerage, futures investment consulting, and asset management. The company has functional management and business departments, and futures branches in Wuhan, Nanchang, Suzhou, Changzhou, Wuhu, Chengdu, and other places. In 2010, the company established an IB business model for futures business with its shareholder Nanjing Securities, which greatly expanded its customer service space through Nanjing Securities' service channels and network.
