INSYNC FUNDS MANAGEMENT

Insync believes that investing in a concentrated portfolio of high-quality companies with long-term growth opportunities will bring excess returns over time. They achieve this by selecting stocks from some globally recognized companies and benefiting from global trends. Combining proactive management of downside market risks, Insync also seeks to strengthen portfolio protection in the event of a significant decline in the stock market.

Insync provides investors with two types of funds: asynchronous global capital awareness funds; Asynchronous Global Quality Equity Fund.

The Global Capital Aware Fund was established in 2009 with the aim of outperforming the market for five consecutive years while providing defensive qualities during severe market downturns, thereby bringing very favorable results to investors throughout the entire market cycle. The Insync Global Capital Awareness Fund utilizes put options as a means of providing additional cushion for the depth and duration of major market declines. Their use in the fund follows strict procedures, including when to purchase, hold, and sell them, and becomes part of our strict investment strategy.

The Global Quality Equity Fund was established in July 2018 and adopts Insync's existing investment philosophy in investment portfolios without put option protection. Like capital aware funds, Global Quality Equity Fund attempts to outperform the market by selecting high-quality companies that will benefit from the long-term growth of global trends.
