Arena REIT is a group listed on ASX300 that owns, manages, and develops social infrastructure properties in Australia.

Our goal is to provide attractive and predictable distributions to investors and achieve profitable growth in the medium to long term.

Supported by favorable demographic and economic trends, we are investing in social infrastructure properties in growth industries. We currently have a portfolio of over 225 social infrastructure properties that have been leased to diverse tenants in the growing parenting and healthcare industries.

The core focus of Arena is the predictability of profitability, as all leases are long-term and include annual rent reviews. Under a net lease structure, this upward space will be passed on to investors, while tenants are responsible for the majority of expenses, maintenance, and capital expenditures.

As an active property manager, we focus on improving the quality of our investment portfolio and reducing risks. We value diversity and strong tenant contracts, prioritize long-term investment opportunities, and actively recover assets to optimize portfolio performance.
