Mutual benefit means that we have no shareholders to distribute dividends, so we can share successful results with our members by increasing depositor interest rates, lowering borrower interest rates, and providing better services.

This also means contributing to the community we serve, including not only providing economic support to local charitable organizations, but also voluntarily providing support based on our time, experience, and knowledge.

Our roots and traditions are firmly rooted in the Melton Mowbray region, and our three local branches - Melton, Grantham, and Oakham - provide you with customer service levels based on community building associations. It is also easy to do business with us through phone, online, and through mortgage intermediaries. Our client consultants will assist you from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm Saturday.
