FIS

Established in 2002, Freight Investor Services (FIS) is a UK-based interdealer broker for dry bulk freight and commodity futures. FIS is present in all major global commodity derivatives markets and is an idb participant on the Singapore Exchange (sgx), Nasdaq, Chicago Mercantile Exchange (cme), Intercontinental Exchange (ice), European Energy Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange and London Metal Exchange. FIS was the first broker to clear the iron ore swap market in 2009, the first to clear the coking coal swap market in 2013, and the first to launch aviation FFAS in 2019.
